This was a gaia commission for iLoony Lovegood on gaiaonline.
True to her username, she once started a crazy thread where she acquired art of the nearly 500 Pokemon from Gen I to IV.
Now shes back for Gen V.
I thought the Frillish was perfect for the twin fish on her current gaia avatar.
Sigh~ I'm liking a bunch of the Gen V water Pokemon,
I don't think I'll be getting black and white soon though.
